The Legislative body of this Municipality, Sangguniang Bayan of Unisan, Quezon as provided for in Chapter 3, Section 48, of the Local Government Code of 1991, otherwise known as Republic Act No. 7160, is composed of the following:

     For the year 2022, from January to December, the aforesaid office has conducted Forty-Eight total Regular Sessions and Two Special Session. The excerpts were the following, Two Hundred Fifty-One Resolution, Eight Municipal Ordinances and all were approved by the Local Chief Executive.

The Enacted Municipal Ordinances are as follows:

1. Kautusang Bayan Blg. 01, S. 2022
   Isang Ordinansa na nagbibigay ng mga batas at regulasyon para sa epektibong pamamahala at pangangasiwa ng sentrong bagsakan ng isda sa Municipalidad ng Unisan, Quezon.

2. Kautusang Bayan Blg. 02, S. 2022
   Isang Kautusang Bayang Nagtatakda ng Lahat ng Uri ng Diskriminasyon Laban sa Iba't ibang Sekswal na Oryentasyon, Indibidual na Pagkakaiba-iba, at Katauhang Pangkasarian ay Hindi Katangap-tangap na Gawa sa Loob ng Teritoryong Nasasakop ng Hurisdiksyon ng Bayan ng Unisan sa Probinsya ng Quezon, sa Pamamagitan ng Pagbibigay ng mga Parusa sa Paglabag dito at ng iba pang mga Layunin.

   An ordinance adopting Republic Act No. 10054 otherwise known as “An act mandating all motorcycle riders to wear standard protective motorcycle helmets while driving and providing penalties therefor.”

   An ordinance enacting the creation of one (1) Youth Development Officer I Position with salary grade 10 under the office of the Municipal Mayor.

   An ordinance creating the Municipal Sports Council and the Municipal Sports Commission under the office of the Municipal Mayor.

   An ordinance mandating all the departments of the LGU of Unisan to utilize at least ten percent of their respective approved annual procurement plans for the purchase of locally produced products and services of MSMES and to allocate funds thereof for the establishment and operation of its implementing mechanism.

     All the resolutions and Ordinances passed/enacted were direly significant and for the General Welfare of the people and for the efficient delivery of the Basic Services of the People.
